*    Graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Interior Design. 

*    Over 30 years experience in residential design projects of all sizes and styles. 

*    Married w/ 2 grown children 

*    My design approach has been influenced by my travels throughout the U.S. and abroad.  I have lived in MD, NC, SC, Great Britain, and Texas.  I returned to Wilmington in 1984. 

*    From an early age, I was exposed to design.  My father was a general contractor in Washington, D.C.  I spent many hours pouring over blueprints and observing the building process. 

*    As an Air Force wife, I learned to transform our temporary housing into a comfortable home that incorporated collections from our travels. 

*     When I have free time, I love to spend it on the water or at the beach.  The tennis court is where the bulk of my free time is spent,  where I participate in USTA leagues as well as the Wilmington City Ladder.
